Director, Community Development
Currently, SCHC is seeking a Director, Community Development.
Qualifications:
- Change management and organizational design experience
- Strategic planning, team building, leadership, problem solving and facilitation skills
- Organizational processes and interrelationships
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a management capacity(required), working in the health care sector, with strong preference to experience in a CHC
- Master's degree in business, healthcare or a related discipline (required)
- Knowledge of accreditation processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with community partners
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written to facilitate communication via discussion, correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Effective and creative problem solving skills combined with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team of multidisciplinary professionals.
- Customer focused approach, combined with strong one on one coaching and facilitating skills
- An active team player with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to deal with challenging, competing and changing priorities
- Drive change initiatives and organizational effectiveness
