Director, Community Development

Currently, SCHC is seeking a Director, Community Development.

Qualifications:

Change management and organizational design experience
Strategic planning, team building, leadership, problem solving and facilitation skills
Organizational processes and interrelationships
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a management capacity(required), working in the health care sector, with strong preference to experience in a CHC
Master's degree in business, healthcare or a related discipline (required)
Knowledge of accreditation processes
Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with community partners
Excellent communication skills both oral and written to facilitate communication via discussion, correspondence, presentations, and reports
Effective and creative problem solving skills combined with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team of multidisciplinary professionals.
Customer focused approach, combined with strong one on one coaching and facilitating skills
An active team player with a commitment to excellence
Ability to deal with challenging, competing and changing priorities
Drive change initiatives and organizational effectiveness
