Income Tax Clinic

The Income Tax Clinic has been offered annually by SCHC in collaboration with Revenue Canada since 1993. This program is held in March of each year at four different sites within the catchment area. This staff-facilitated program was developed to provide individuals within the city with a low annual income to have their income taxes completed and submitted free of charge. Individuals are required to meet the criteria developed by Revenue Canada that enables volunteers to complete the returns. Income tax forms are completed and submitted and individuals receive their refunds in a timely manner.
