AnnouncementAmalgamation Agreement Wednesday, September 30, 2009 - Following the Board of Director's meetings for the Sandwich Community Health Centre on Tuesday, September 29th, 2009 and the Teen Health Centre on Monday, September 28th, 2009, both Community Health Centres have signed an amalgamation agreement. The amalgamation of the two CHCs was supported by the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) at their recent Board of Director's meeting. |
